About Us
Dr. Kenneth Weddell has been providing outstanding dental care for more than three decades. Today, he and his compassionate team are dedicated to delivering top-quality patient care to the Bloomington community. After graduating from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry, he owned a successful practice in western Michigan for over 25 years. In 2012, Dr. Weddell moved to Bloomington, MN, to be closer to his grandchildren and continue his passion for dentistry.
Since relocating, Dr. Kenneth Weddell, Bloomington dentist, has been thrilled to serve patients across Minnesota. This is where his family lives, and he is proud to be an active member of the Bloomington community and surrounding areas for many years to come.
Although he has decades of experience, Dr. Weddell believes learning never stops. That’s why he regularly participates in continuing education courses at the University of Minnesota. Notably, in 2006, he became only the second dentist to complete Level III of their esthetic dental continuum. In addition, he has maintained memberships with the American Dental Association (ADA), the Michigan Dental Association, and the Minnesota Dental Association.
His professional affiliations also include:
Save money on your smile with our in-house Dental Savings Plan. For one low annual fee, you’ll receive routine cleanings, exams, and fluoride treatments. In addition, you’ll enjoy a 10–15% discount on most other services. This plan is designed especially for patients without dental insurance, making quality care more affordable and accessible.
Every loyal patient started out as a new patient. If you’re visiting us for the first time and don’t have insurance, take advantage of our $79 new patient exam, which includes X-rays. This is a great way for us to get to know you, take a closer look at your smile, and introduce you to the care and comfort we provide at Weddell Dental.
Dental anxiety is very common, and we understand how challenging it can be. That’s why our caring team works hard to put every patient at ease. In addition, we offer safe sedation options to make your visit more comfortable. You can choose mild laughing gas for gentle relaxation or oral medication for deeper calming relief.
